Fort Smith, Arkansas, PM&R Opening Medical Director Position

  • Seeking a board certified or eligible physiatrist
  • Medical director position would work clinically and administratively
  • Inpatient rehab facility and skilled nursing facilities
  • Four physicians in the market
  • Shared call of 1:4 (inpatient rehab facility only)
  • No call for SNFs
  • See 18-20 patients per day at the inpatient facility
  • Group has a compliance program

    • Nationwide physiatry group
    • Group employs 100+ physicians nationwide
    • Physicians are typically employed as W2
    • If you do part-time, you d be a 1099 directly through the hiring entity

    • Full-time providers make a guaranteed $150,000 per year
    • Once you meet the company s bonus structure, you get 70% of the billings
