Clinical Regional Director for the area of Tulsa, OK who is

success.Responsibilities:What you will do:Oversee all clinical,
strategic, and operational matters within the region.Work alongside
and oversee BCBAs to ensure clinical quality, clinical integrity,
and quality assurance metrics are maintained and that the team
performs to our standards and expectations.Develop and maintain
support plans related to each state job performance and metrics to
ensure standard sare met across each team member.Conduct weekly one
on ones to review performance metrics and client files.Conduct
quarterly fidelity assessments to drive quality and consistency
throughout the organization.Provide clinical oversight, guidance,
and collaboration opportunities overall in each state.Provide
consultation on complex client cases to support assessment,
training, development, and implementation of strategies.Participate
in the development of and updating company-wide clinical systems
aimed to monitor and improve clinical quality.Complete clinical
reviews and audits that include but are not limited to: session
notes, programming, Treatment Plans, Initial Assessment Reports,
Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP's), competency checklists,
etc.Consistently train and lead the team to drive to the highest
quality of ABA therapy being delivered and best outcomes being
achieved.Identify clinical training needs across the teams within
the region.Develop clinical leadership skill set of BCBAs.Meet with
State Directors to discuss state operations.Other tasks as
assigned.Attend corporate meetings and training as scheduled.Attend
training to earn CEUs and hear company updates as offered.Conduct
monthly group BCBA.Promote the growth of Golden Steps and assist in
the pursuit of business opportunities.Build relationships with
current referral sources.Comply with all necessary payor
requirements to drive referral source satisfaction.Communicate with
potential candidates seeking employment opportunities to assist in
team growth. Including conducting clinical interviews with
potential new staff members.Client ResponsibilitiesOversee the
appropriate supervision of the assigned caseload per Golden Steps
leadership guidelines.Ensure no less than 10% supervision occurs
(20% preferred) and no less than one parent training hour per month
occurs.Complete and submit all initial assessments, and
reassessments within the clinical timelines for appropriate
authorization of services.Managerial ResponsibilityLeading and
maintaining staff by orienting and training team members.Ensuring
the daily functions of the team are completed by communicating job
expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job
results.Managing, coaching, and developing a high-performing team
that meets agreed objectives and which delivers best practice
results, added value, and continuous improvements.Conduct
supervision overlaps with all BCBAs to ensure programming is
appropriate, updated and aligns with the client's
needs.Consistently promote high standards through personal example
and roll out through the team so that each member of the team
understands the standards and behaviors expected of
them.Qualifications:Knowledge and Skills:Experience overseeing and
supporting multiple locations.Experience implementing and training
in a variety of assessment tools, including both skills and
adaptive assessments.3-5 years minimum experience managing
performance of other BCBA level clinicians.Minimum of 2 years'
experience managing, leading, and/or overseeing business
operations.Experience implementing and training in a variety of
assessment tools, including both skills and adaptive
assessments.Experience managing leaders.Interpersonal
DemandsFrequent interaction with supervisor, senior leaders, and
other teams. The ability to work in a high-stress environment,
accept constructive feedback and work on areas of improvement, and
manage interpersonal conflicts with trainees, supervisors,
co-workers, or other team members is essential.Attend corporate
meetings and training as scheduled.Attend trainings to earn CEU's
and hear company updates as offered.Conduct month group BCBA

(BCBA/BC)Behavior Technicians (BT/ RBT)Physical Requirements:Must
be able to lift up to 35lbs.Bending and squatting for up to an hour
per day.Required to perform activities that entail fine and gross
motor skills, bend kneel, squat sitting on floor level or in a
chair, or standing for periods of time. Education:Master's Degree
or Doctorate in Applied Behavior Analysis or related
fieldLicense/Certification:Active BCBA certification in good
