Key Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and interpret key Customer Success metrics to
support strategic decision-making
Establish metrics and reporting processes to measure project and
customer profitability
Collaborate with COE leaders to align reporting and analysis
efforts with their goals
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in business operations or revenue operations
within a professional services or B2B software environment
Ability to collaborate across various functions in a complex
organization
Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel and Power BI
Experience in identifying efficiencies and streamlining
processes
Data-driven mindset with the ability to provide actionable insights
from complex data
