A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Strategic
Underwriting.
Key Responsibilities
Organize and assign underwriting exercises to ensure timely
delivery of competitive pricing offers
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of underwriters for efficient risk
evaluation
Review pricing offers and risk profiles to align with company
standards and risk tolerance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or related
discipline
4+ years of experience in the PBM industry with a focus on
underwriting and pricing
Proven experience in managing and leading high-performing teams
Experience with SQL and Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of Tableau, Python, R, or SAS
