www.campfireranch.coPURPOSE OF THE JOB:The purpose of the General
Manager - Arkansas role will be to lead all elements of operations
and customer experience for the brand in the State of Arkansas.
This year-round, full-time role will be responsible for continuing,
establishing, executing, and growing the operations & customer
experience of Campfire Ranch. This role will also help facilitate
the brand's growth, strategy, and direction as part of the

FUNCTIONS:Essential and other important responsibilities and duties
include, without limitation, using discretion and independent
judgment in performance of work directly related to the management,
or general business operations of Campfire Ranch, such as the
following:PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead all aspects of customer experience onsite at all locations
in Arkansas (lodging, rental gear & concierge service).
- Establish & hire the front of house hospitality team to ensure
the highest quality of customer experience.
- Lead the execution of onsite events, group experiences,
adventure concierge relationships, and brand partnerships.
- Execute risk management procedures during all crisis situations
in a calm and professional manner.
- Manage all relationships with stakeholders and vendors related
to customer experience and operations.
- Develop and grow all hospitality procedures, best practices,
training, risk management, and strategy.
- Incorporate and track customer insights, property maintenance
tasks, property improvements, and inventory to enhance the customer
experience.
- Gather insights from customers and develop solutions for
challenges faced in operations & hospitality.
- Work autonomously to overcome obstacles presented by our unique
business model.
- Represent the Campfire Ranch brand in a positive and welcoming
manner when meeting with customers, public, vendors & internal
stakeholders.
- Uphold a work-hard, play-hard mentality alongside the entire
Campfire Ranch team.
- Provide direction and insight to the leadership team regarding
hospitality on a regular basis.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to successfully manage customer relationships, from
start to finish, related to the outdoor industry, hospitality,
guiding/outfitting, concierge services, or events.
- Superb organization, planning, and attention to detail.
- Experience working in rural, remote, and outdoor settings,
preferably with participant-focused experiences, events, and
hospitality.
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, and communicating with
vendors to deliver against simultaneous deadlines.
- Experience executing risk management procedures and managing
crisis situations.
- Experience leading teams, hiring staff, and managing entry to
mid-level employees.
- Experience overseeing and managing compliance with legal and
regulatory requirements.
- Experience identifying and addressing personnel issues.
- Ability to understand and adjust to the needs of various
seasons, environments, and communities.
- Exhibit creative thinking and the ability to exercise
independent judgment and discretion to solve problems.
- Ability to develop and implement new and improved strategies
for marketing and sales.
- Ability to understand and adjust to the needs of various
property locations, environments, and communities.
- Patience and thoughtfulness in discerning customer abilities,
needs, and comfort.
- Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality management, outdoor
recreation, or related field.
- 4+ years of work experience in the outdoor or hospitality
industry.POSITION SPECIFICS:
- Desired start date: Spring 2025
- Compensation: exempt employee, base salary starting from
$70,000 based on experience, paid bi-weekly.
- Onsite housing in Bella Vista, AR available & preferred.
- Bonus structure: at Campfire Ranch's discretion.

- Health insurance NOT provided at this time
- Work Schedule: full time (expected average of 40 hours/week,
but subject to change) with onsite duties related to hospitality as
needed. The schedule will include weekends and holidays as
needed.
- Mileage: to be reimbursed with prior approval for longer
business trips beyond immediate work area.
- Expenses: to be reimbursed via documented receipts for all
approved business-related purchases.
- Vacation: eligible for company's Flexible Paid Time Off
policy.
- Location: based in Bella Vista, AR. More properties to be
expected as the business grows.
- Travel required: 10-20%WORK CONDITIONS:The incumbent may be
exposed to electrical, mechanical, or human noise on a regular
basis, and other related interactions associated with an adventure
lodge environment serving a diverse clientele of customers,
partners, and vendors.
