Job Description:

Join our team as a Clinical Nurse Manager at Northwest Medical Center Bentonville and work in a vital role to ensure high-quality patient care. Key responsibilities:

Evaluate patients and develop nursing care plans
Assist physicians during exams and procedures
Perform patient tests and administer medications
Promote patient independence through education Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in nursing required, BSN preferred
- Certified as a registered nurse
