Job Description:

Seeking BE/BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Residency trained physicians for Hospitalist opportunities.

• Ten physicians typically scheduled per day
• Average census is 15-18 each + average admissions per day is 3 each
• 12-hour shifts
• 7a-7p
• 7p-7a (split shift)
• In the hospital from 7a-midnight and can leave, but need to be available until 7am (refer to as a Split Shift) for direct admissions, etc.
• NP and resident support
• Approximately 2/month
• Additional shifts are available for increased earnings
• Shift based compensation: 172-day shifts @$1736, 10 split shifts @$1350
• +$200 per shift differential over 14 shifts per 28 days The Community:
