$10,000 Sign On Bonus for Experienced OR Nurses - -Overview: -Mercy Northwest Arkansas has some of the of the busiest operating rooms in the northern metropolitan area. This operating room serves over 10,500 patients annually through a multitude of specialties. -There are 17 operating rooms including three cardiovascular operating rooms and a hybrid operating room, with plans to open 3 additional operating rooms. We offer a variety of specialties at our surgical location sites: - General surgery, gynecology, orthopedics, urology, ENT, cardiovascular, thoracic, and neurosurgery. -Mercy Northwest Arkansas offers a welcoming culture and experienced coworkers who are willing to mentor and teach others. • Required Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited school
• Experience: OR related experience preferred, but not required.
• Preferred Education: BSN
• License: current RN license in our state
