Provides therapy services defined in treatment plans, and works cooperatively with physicians, case managers, and staff. In addition, the Physical Therapist provides direction to Physical Therapy Assistants and Aides.Qualifications:

• Education: Advanced graduate degree required from an accredited academic program in Physical Therapy.
• Licensure: Current/Temporary license of Physical Therapy in state of practice.
• Experience: Previous successful Physical Therapy delivery is preferred.
• Certifications: BLS Basic Life Support Within 3 Months Of Hire
• Other: Excellent interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills are required.
• Preferred Experience: One to two years experience working as a Physical Therapist.
