Job Description:
New Grad Sign On Bonus $2,000 1-2 years' LPN experience Sign On
$5,000 3-4 years' LPN experience Sign On $7,000 5 years' LPN
experience Sign On $10,000 Weekend Differential Shift Differential
from 3pm-7am. Weekend Option Days: WEO rates + weekend differential
Weekend Option Nights: WEO rates + weekend differential + straight
night shift differential Loyalty pay after 2 years of service
Qualifications:Education: Graduate of an accredited practical
nursing program; Consideration will be given for comparable
education experience and successful licensure.Licensure: Is
personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining a current LPN
license within the hiring state in which nursing duties are
performed and must meet all State Board of Nursing requirements
Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart
Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of
hireOur patient population consists of individuals with depression,
anxiety, mood swings, psychosis or trauma impacted conditions which
require 24-hour intervention. We provide psychiatric assessment,
medication management, individual/group/family therapy, and connect
patients to referral resources available in the community. We work
closely with the Emergency department, which is the access point
for Behavioral Health admissions. Patients are provided a medical
screening exam and stabilizing treatment prior to being transferred
to the Marian Center or discharged with community-based
