Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service
Agent.
Key Responsibilities
Answer moderately complex questions and provide support for
hardware, software, and applications
Escalate complex problems to resolver teams or vendors as
needed
Support L1 agents with day-to-day questions related to client
incidents and requests
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
May require technical certification or Associate Degree
Generally, 1-2 years of experience in the area of
responsibility
MUST BE BILINGUAL SPANISH
Eligibility for required authorizations from the U.S. Government
may be necessary
