A company is looking for a Destiny Combat Area Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Lead multiple interdisciplinary teams to create a compelling action
game ecosystem
Set high-level design direction and propose upgrades to existing
content and systems
Communicate progress and importance of features to game directors
and evaluate live-game updates
Required Qualifications
Experience leading multiple interdisciplinary teams through game
development cycles
Proven ability to interpret and achieve high-level experience goals
set by game directors
Extensive knowledge of player character systems, AI combat systems,
and encounter design for FPS games
In-depth understanding of game engines, technology, and the game
development process
Passion for the Destiny action game and a broad understanding of
its combat experiences
