Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Care Associate who will
assist pet owners with their insurance needs remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional service to pet owners via phone, chat, and
email regarding insurance policies and claims
Educate customers on pet insurance products, explaining policy
details and coverage options
Assist with the claims process, including submission, updates, and
necessary documentation
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the
insurance industry
Experience in a customer-facing role, particularly with claims and
policy management
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a
plus
Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools for remote work
Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and systems
