Job Description:
Clinical Nurse RN-Nuclear Medicine, Full time, days - -
-Primarily Monday thru Friday. - The hours for this position will
be primarily 08-1630, but there may also be 0630-1500 & 07-1530
hours to cover vacations. The training will be 630-1500 or 07-1530.
- These hours could vary/change. - - -OverviewMonitors and
coordinates patient care activities within the Nuclear Medicine
departments to optimize patient care and comfort. Assist in the
performance of a variety of Nuclear Cardiology Stress testing
including Treadmill and Pharmacologic stress tests.
-Qualifications:Education: Graduate of an accredited registered
professional nursing programLicensure: Is personally responsible
for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the
hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are
performed and must meet all state board of nursing
requirements.Certifications: Must be willing to complete Code Blue
classes at Mercy. Must have a current American Heart Association
Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within their
probation period. Must have a current ACLS card or complete an ACLS
course within six months of hire date.
