In this role, you will:

• Support multiple real-time work queues, making independent and accurate decisions on high-risk behaviors across Expedia Group accounts and supply partners.
  • Consistently maintain or exceed performance standards related to productivity, quality, and efficiency.
    • Provide feedback on critical issues impacting team workflow, including bugs, data gaps, and technical problems.
      • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the account and supplier risk space.
        • Suggest changes to policies and procedures to enhance team effectiveness.
          • Participate in initiatives to identify improvements in tools and processes.
            • Execute basic query language functions to modify, troubleshoot, and run database queries across various reporting tools.
              • Respond to and resolve inbound customer and partner escalations. Experience and qualifications:------
                • Experience in eCommerce, risk, KYC, or online fraud prevention is a plus.
                  • Strong analytical skills.
                    • Experience with SQL, QueryBook, or Splunk is a plus.
                      • Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
                        • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
                          • Highly self-motivated with a commitment to continuous improvement.
                            • Flexible and adaptable, capable of handling multiple assignments independently.
                              • Enjoy working as part of a creative, adaptable team within an evolving company.
                                • Required to work shifts, including weekends, non-business hours, and holidays.
                                  • Hybrid work offered post-training, with in-office presence required during the initial 3 months of training and ramp-up phase. #LI-MC1The total cash range for this position in Springfield is $39,000.00 to $54,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $62,500.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience.
