Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Value-Based Programs Professional
to drive Value Based Payment strategy and implementation for
Medicaid markets.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the implementation of Medicaid VBP models in new
markets
Lead market implementation workgroups and meetings with senior
market leadership
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive strategic and
operational decisions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
3+ years of experience in managed care operations, value-based
care, and/or provider reimbursement and analytics
3+ years of project management experience in a matrixed
environment
Understanding of Medicaid and/or Medicaid managed care
Proven expertise in driving operational efficiencies and managing
timelines
