Job Description:

A company is looking for a Staff Systems Engineer, Integrated Knowledge Management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the scoping, technical requirements, architecture, and implementation of new features in Contentstack CMS
Analyze data to improve content authoring and delivery experience
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design AI-powered support products

Required Qualifications

9+ years of industry engineering or systems integration experience
Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science or a related field
Proficiency in full stack engineering, including Java, Python, and TypeScript
Experience in building and maintaining custom content authoring tools in Contentstack CMS
Expertise in large-scale data analysis and reporting
