A company is looking for a ServiceNow Business Process
Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support agile Operations & Maintenance (O&M)
activities for ServiceNow solutions
Manage customer expectations and ensure O&M tasks are completed
on-time and on-budget
Conduct business process analysis and collaborate with project
stakeholders to deliver solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business management, project management,
financial management, computer science, or related field
Minimum three (3) years of experience in Business Process
Consultant roles
ServiceNow System Administrator certification
Demonstrated experience managing ServiceNow solutions across the
full agile project lifecycle
Experience with business process analysis and requirements
development
