Reinsurance Business Analyst

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Reinsurance Business Analyst (USA Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Analyze, document, and optimize reinsurance business processes to align with organizational goals
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements for reinsurance systems
Provide subject matter expertise in reinsurance and assist teams in resolving business and technical challenges

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
A minimum of 10 years of experience in the reinsurance industry
Hands-on experience with reinsurance systems; experience with DXC SICS is highly preferred
Proficiency in tools and methodologies for business analysis, including process mapping and requirements gathering
Experience with regulatory compliance in the insurance or reinsurance industry is a plus
