Packaging Production Associates perform repetitive tasks to prepare whole turkeys for packaging.Essential duties include:Hanging chilled turkeys on moving shackles; shaping whole turkeys to product specifications; injecting basting solution into turkey breasts; sealing turkeys into bags on rotamatic machine; weighing, tagging, and netting packaged turkeys; train to proficiency to rotate through jobs and perform multiple tasks within the department; perform any job in the department at the supervisor's discretion.
