Job Description:
A company is looking for a Success Partner to build strong
client relationships and oversee collaboration with virtual
assistants.
Key Responsibilities
Build trust-based partnerships with clients, track milestones and
ROI
Act as the main point of contact between clients and virtual
assistants, managing onboarding and service delivery
Design and optimize the client journey to ensure measurable
outcomes and identify upsell opportunities
Qualifications
Experience in client success, account management, or customer
experience roles
Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Zoho One,
and GSuite
Strategic thinker with a proactive, results-driven approach
Highly organized with excellent follow-through
Preferred: Experience designing client journeys and familiarity
with Visionary and Integrator concepts
